Summary0004741: Broken File After Using Landmark Dimension in TechDraw
DescriptionPlease see following discussion: https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=61879
I report this as 0.20 as chrisb reproduced it with 0.20. I myself only tested in two 0.19 versions.

After adding a landmark dimension between Draft-Point-Objects inside a TechDraw sheet, the file is easily broken by just opening and closing a non-related sketch in the model. User openBrain identified it as an error in TechDraw.
Steps To ReproducePlease see forum discussion for steps to reproduce. There is also the file to test the behavior.
It occurs in a less disturbing manner, when using Part Point objects instead of Draft Points, however the file is still broken and throws an Access violation error.
