Steps To Reproduce-creat a line and a arch
-use dimension tool in draft and select with ALT button the edge (line)
-use dimension tool in draft and select with ALT SHIFT the arch

Result show all time only 1 mm and is not parametric.
Only Angle seams to work.

Indeed. Will look into it ASAP, but in any case all that part will be redone.
