DescriptionChoco Upgrade failed to Update Freecad due to 404 Site not found error.

github releases/download is no longer available.

ERROR: The remote file either doesn't exist, is unauthorized, or is forbidden for url 'https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/releases/download/0.19.1/FreeCAD-0.19.1.a88db11-WIN-x64-installer.exe' Exception calling "GetResponse" with "0" argument(s): "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."
The upgrade of freecad was NOT successful.

Attempt to get headers for https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/releases/download/0.19.1/FreeCAD-0.19.1.a88db11-WIN-x64-installer.exe failed.
Steps To ReproducePowerShell -> choco upgrade freecad
