Summary0004464: Unable to create surface - invalid boundary edges order
DescriptionThere is a shell with one absent face that need to be created.
Fill surface always fail with error message - Boundary edges must be added in consecutive order, but selection order is correct.

Shell with hole was created as result of Part - Slice apart operation. All in test file.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open test FreeCAD project
2. Try Fill surface from Surface WB
